Descriptions:

Barefoot Works Yoga Flow: In this Vinyasa Class we’ll synchronize breath with movement and build strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. We will utilize sun salutations and poses you learned in Yoga Basics, weaving them into both simple and challenging creative yoga sequences, while maintaining a calm breath and steady mind.

Barefoot Works Yoga Basics: Yoga Basics is designed as an introduction to yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in the foundational poses of yoga. You will explore building a sustainable yoga practice and receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength, and balance. Suitable for beginners.

Barefoot Works Happy Hour Yoga: Get your weekend started on a joyful note! Come and let go of your worries and meet other fun people in our community. Join our rotating team of yoga teachers for a fun hour of yoga! Open to all levels.

Centered Stress Relief Yoga: This restorative yoga class allows you to achieve complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, using the aide of props. It’s a perfect way to wind down from the day and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep.
