Descriptions:

Barefoot Works Yoga Flow: In this Vinyasa Class we’ll synchronize breath with movement and build strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. We will utilize sun salutations and poses you learned in Yoga Basics, weaving them into both simple and challenging creative yoga sequences, while maintaining a calm breath and steady mind.

Barefoot Works Yoga Basics: Yoga Basics is designed as an introduction to yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in the foundational poses of yoga. You will explore building a sustainable yoga practice and receive individualized attention as you gain flexibility, strength, and balance. Suitable for beginners.

Barefoot Works Happy Hour Yoga: Get your weekend started on a joyful note! Come and let go of your worries and meet other fun people in our community. Join our rotating team of yoga teachers for a fun hour of yoga! Open to all levels.

Barefoot Works Yoga for Stress Relief: Press the reset button. Take time to slow your mind + body down with a rest-full yoga practice. Release the physical and mental stress of your world and gift yourself with the chance to breathe deep and relax. This meditative class is appropriate for new and experienced students. Suitable for beginners.

Amy Evert Fitness Beginner’s Yoga: The beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Gradually these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence. If you have never tried yoga this is the class for you, designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses. Students are welcome to repeat this class as often as they like.

Sterling Hot Yoga Works Iron Hour Yoga: Iron Hour combines yoga with light weight training. Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome to tone and sculpt, build lean muscle, improve metabolism and see results! A perfect year round practice and compliment to a hot yoga practice. 92-95 added humidity. Class is designed for all fit­ness levels.

Sterling Hot Yoga Works Hot Vinyasa: Vinyasa yoga is an upbeat class linking asanas (postures) together in a series of movements with the breath. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress. Class is designed for all fit­ness levels. 92-95 added humidity.
